How do you export a specific folder in Outlook 2010 to a PST file

I need to export a users folder in Outlook 2010 so I can import it into another users folder.  How do I export a specific folder?

On your Outlook go to Options window, select the Advanced link on the left then the Export button: http://www.cumc.columbia.edu/it/howto/exchange/exp.html

Don't forget to select the folder you want to export.

ok, that worked perfect.  I assumed (incorrectly) that I would know how to import it to the other outlook, but NOT.  Can you help with that?
