I don't belie xcd35 can upgrade to ICS (4.0). It's not supportive, but that doesn't mean it's not impossible. You would have to root your phone, which will void your warranty.

If you would like to reinstall the operating system, all you would have to do is go to settings, about phone, and factory reset (or something of the kind) but I think you are looking more for updating your phone, to which isn't possible.

I'm sorry :-(

Wow, thank you for being so polite!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You are trying to reinstall your operating system? Or it came with a blank phone and you want to add android 2.2? Or do you want to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2, or something of the kind.

If you want to reinstall - settings, about phone, factory reset
If you want to upgrade - settings, about phone, software update
If you want to add from a blank slate, then it may be a bit more difficult... You may be able to do it through your computer, but I'm not entirely certain. Let me know which of these you are looking for, and i'll try to help you out a bit more.
