I have a  Procurve v1910 switch that has  POE. At the Moment its on the deafult VLAN for all the ports. We have  are moving to POE IP Phones  which will use the same switch , 8 ports will be dedicated for VOIP and its own internet Router. How can I configure this on the  switch.
The Internet router will provide the DHCP for the phones.

Confirm which ports the phones and their dedicated router will be connected to.
Add a new VLAN
Set the new VLAN as untagged on the 8 ports for the phones and a port for their dedicated router, set the nine ports as deny/no for the default VLAN

This can be done from the console, or the web interface

From what you described " ports will be dedicated for VOIP", the phones would be on their own L2 VLAN.
