Team,
We have 1 Exchange Server 2003 (Std.) in our environment.
All the clients (outlook 2003) are not able to see "Auto Archive" funtion in their outlook.

I checked in Group Policy, but could not find any relevant GP where "DoAgeing" or "DisablePST" value is set. This Key only doesnot exists.

Also I just randomly checked in one of the server, configured outlook, and checked the registry value, but same above 2 keys are not set.

Request you to please let me know, how to Enable or get Visible this "auto archive" funtion so that users can see it and use it in their outlook.

Thanks.

We have outlook 2003 in infrastructure. I checked the relevant options in one of the group policy but that "Autoarchive" option is "not configured".
If it is not configured, then why "auto archive" option is not visible in outlook. I guess if the option is "disabled" then it shouldnot be visible, right?

thanks.

Actually there are two GPs.
One for Office 2003 and another for Office 2007. I ran RSoP and found that Office 2003 GP is denied, while Office 2007 GP is applied.

But in this Office 2007 GP, at location User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Office Outlook 2007\ "tools | options | other | autoarchive" setting is only not there.

What can be the reason for this setting to be not there, while it is visible in Office 2003 gp.
