Hi, ive been given the job off interviewing 1st liners.   Need to set up a test on Office 2007.

Any one out there give me me some troubleshooting questions.

Do you have a resident IT guru?  I would ask them what the most common issues they deal with are, then you can always go through the answered questions for Office here:
