The DVD offer is $69.99
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkid=259440

"To install Windows 8 Pro upgrade, customers must be running Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, or Windows 7."

The crossed-out price there is $199.99, but it does not specifically say that's what the price will revert to, tomorrow.

Hi,

I checked the Microsoft India site. The price of Windows 8 pro upgrade converted to dollars is USD 199 as posted by one member of the forum.

This resolves my question.

Thanks and Regards,
Sriram.
