2008 Windows Server Crashing (Not Responding)
Hi
I have a new server on which I have installed Windows 2008 server, Mysql 2008, and trying to install symantics recovery 2013 and it keeps freezing.
When I try to run the symantic recovery 2013 setup files its freezes.
Ive managed to install mysql 2008 but now whenever it do anything that involves browsing the machine it just freezes (not responding)
When I say browse the machine for example when creating a new database I click the browse location button and it freezing.
When backing up the database I click the browse location button to select the backup location and again it freezes.
Anyone got any ideas?

It may be best to re-install Windows 2008 R2. Make sure all firmware is updated as well (Bios, Raid card, iLO, etc).

Ive reformatted the server and reinstalled everything.
Its doing the same thing, is it likly to be a hardware problem ?

It could be hardware problem, if you can analyze minidump file.
