Regarding Microsoft Technet Standard Activations

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Technet standard subscription. The technet standard subscription gives me two license keys for the applicable software. Are the two licenses applicable for activations only on two PCs? I read in some forum that I can activate one technet standard license key ten times. This will imply that I can activate one key on up to ten lab machines.

Do you have any authentic Microsoft website URL reference which you can provide me regarding the number of activations that I can perform using a single technet standard license key?

Please revert for any questions.

Thanks and Regards,
Sriram.

If this is a MAK (multiple activation key) key then it should give you the number of activations per key on the right side.
The KMS key can be used for Key Management Server.

Hi,

Are there any users in this forum who have subscribed to Microsoft Technet standard subscription and whether they could activate a single key on multiple lab machines or is one key valid only for one pc or is the key license is based on the number of activations where I can activate a single key over multiple machines upto the maximum activation limit for the key.

Please revert as soon as possible.

Thanks and Regards,
Sriram.
