Windows 2008 R2 server Display font size?

Sir,

We have windows 2008 R2 server std. and Exch-2010 installed on server is working .
But the issue is suddenly my server display is not showing proper font size as per standard .
We don't know what exactly happened on server.

Because of this we can't take any remote session on server.
Here we attached the images file.

Kindly suggest on the same.
