windows 7 64 bit - outlook 2010 professional plus and office document writer 2003 causing issue

i keep getting this after a few seconds and can't closeI take and open outlook 2010 and click on a attached tif file. It opens in office document image writer. I make some changes and hit send to email. I am then presented with this error.
How do i fix it Please!!

This could happen due to compatibility issues in those two software even though this is Microsoft Product. Have you tried do upgrade to 2010 and then see if it work?

What other Office application you have except Outlook 2010?

There was similar issue with outlook 2010 related to compatibility as below, but here software was third party.
