IE address bar disabling

hi experts

is it possible to disable address bar in IE on any version via group policy 2008 r2 server? website will be added to favorites, dont want to allow some user to browse any other website.

PLZ no firewall solution.

I don't think that this is possible through GPO.

You can disable address bar via registry
SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions DWORD=NoNavBar VALUE=1

Maybe the Kiosk mode is what you need?
