We have our sales team using OWA.  We have AD forcing a password change every 90 days.
None of my OWA Users are prompted that password expiration is coming up and to change it. As a result they get locked out. Is there a setting for this somewhere i have missed?

Have you enabled password change through OWA?

Another method would be to have an email sent to them:

The only way to test an expired password is to do exactly that, make it expired.

OWA with the latest updates has a number of features for changing the expired password which you can enable.

If you are upgrading to Exchange 2010 then deploy Exchange 2010 SP3 to get full functionality.
