Due to a BSOD the Windows 7 Pro 64bit Dell Lat E6420 system won't boot up

At bootup I receive a BSOD with following Stop Code; Unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem. Stop:c000021a Fatal System Error The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 ( 0xc0000428 0x001005100 The system has been shut down

Likely a bad hard drive...run the Dell diagnostics by hitting F12 at POST and then picking Diagnostics.  Give the code (if one is given) to Dell Warranty Support for a new hard drive.

hook the drive to a working PC -  or boot from a live cd -  and post the minidump for analysis
find it in windows\minidumps
live cd's : ( i prefer Knoppix)

I had to decrypt the hard drive ,retrieve the data  then rebuild the computer. All other suggestions failed. Thanks for everyones help
