it's only ISP issues
Please try one of the following.
Option 1:
1. On the authentication tab, try un-checking "Offer Basic authentication only after starting TLS".
2. Restart the Exchange services and test if it works
if option 1 did not do the trick, then do the following:
Option 2
1. Check the "Offer Basic authentication only after starting TLS" that we have unchecked in option 1.
2. Uncheck "Exchange Server authentication"
3. Ones again restart the Exchange services and test if it works
Hope this helps!
