Is there a good, free technical support ticket system?

I work at a school district and manage multiple schools throughout the district.  It would be very helpful to me if someone could go online or on the schools website and add a troubleshooting ticket that would then alert me that there is a new ticket.  This way I can manage users computer problems when I get back to the school.  Does anyone know of anything like this?  Of course, it doesn't have to specifically be for schools.

Actually... Looks like they only give it away to charities now..  Sorry for that recommendation.

Spiceworks is an option.

There are also open source ticketing systems - see http://www.linuxplanet.com/linuxplanet/reports/7125/1
