How to migrate data from windows 2003/2008 into Radius/Identity Service Engineer(ISE) ?

Experts,
Can you give me some ideas about how to migrate data from windows 2003/2008 into Radius/Identity Service Engineer(ISE) ? I can input user info into ISE one by one, but dont know how to input a batch of users into it from windows data base. Thank you.

Thanks. This would be helpful. We can use that tool to get data from AD. Next step is how to input this data into ISE

I must admit, I'm slight lost as to why you would want to export and import into Identity Service Engine, you would usually configure it with a directory (such as AD) backend, in the same way that Microsoft NPS uses AD...
