Removing Exchange 2007

Hi all,

Trying to remove Exchange from this machine since we no longer host it.
Followed KBs:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123893(d=printer,v=exchg.80).aspx
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124115(v=exchg.80).aspx

Already removed the Mailbox Database but this one is giving trouble.

Suggestions?

Firstly ensure that Remote Registry service is running

Secondly Delete the PF database from EMC if not delete using ADSIEDIT

If still issues you dont have much to cry simply remove the server Manually

No.  This is the only one.  I'm just trying to decommission it properly.  This is also a BDC and VPN.  Yes, I know.... and that's why we are shutting it down.  We'll stand up new 2008 R2s for these roles
