Restore document using GRT to SharePoint

Gurus,

I am having trouble restoring a single document to a SharePoint 2007 server using BE 12.5.  I contiunally get e0008492 errors no matter how I attempt the restore.  Very frustrating.  Backups run fine, no issues there.

Backup Server:
Win 2K8 R2 SP1
BE 12.5 SP4

Media:
B2D Folders on removable storage

SharePoint Server:
Win2K3 x86
SharePoint 2007 SP?

I have reviewed anything and everything I can get my hands on, but nothing seems to apply or work.

First rule of SharePoint data protection......don't use Symantec or BE :)

Have you reached out to BE Techs to see if they can help you?  Are you doing an in place restore?

Just an in place restore of a test file (word doc.) to document the process for a client.

Have not called Symantec yet, trying to avoid paying for this when I am sure it will be something that someone else has run into in the past.

Ran accross something earlier.  DB Backup model set to simple.  Going to switch it to Full Recovery.

According to one Symantec article, v12.5 is not capable of doing this and the customer should upgrade to v2010.
