Exchange mailbox duplication removal

We have an Exchange 2003 server. We recently rebuilt the server and restored all mailboxes from tape backup. For a few mailboxes, the restore process was run twice due to interruption. Consequently we are seeing duplicated messages.
What would be the best way (including third party tools) to remove the duplicates quickly? Since some of the mailboxes are very large, we are trying to avoid manually deleting them.

Thanks.

I've tried ODIR. It looks like it runs successfully but it didn't move any messages.
I will check the other one.
Thanks.
