HP iLO Installation
Good day everyone. I have quite a few servers in a domain that I inherited. One of the servers seems that it should have iLO installed on it but it does not.
I also
How can I find out if iLO is able to be ran on the server and how do I install it?

HP iLO is a physical component, which will come with servers. It is not a software that u can install. Unless you are talking about the iLO license.
Haslerct is right. You can go to iLO configuration when the server is booting (POST) and check its configuration. Default password is printed on the label attached to the server. Alternatively, you can install iLO configuration utility on Windows and check its configuration. In any case, iLO hardware should exists on the server.

Do you have ILO Card installed or built in the server? You can find that out from Device Manager of the server. If you have ILO Card available there, you can try configuring the same as below :-

I believe there is a hardware iLO card installed since I see "Hp iLO Management Channel Interface Driver" under Multifunction adapters in the Device Manager.
I am not physically at the location of the server so i cannot check at the moment.

So, would I be able to install the HPONCFG remotely and configure it remotely? Would I need to restart the server at all?
The reason I ask these questions is because this is a production server. By the way, I don't recall seeing a tag on the server for iLO the last time I visited the site.

I'm not sure what you are referring to by command line. The configuration either happens in the BIOS-like setup at startup or through the utility you posted above. All of my servers except for the one in question have this utility.
My questions were:

This one actually not showing but i feel it could be iLO 1.0 as per the driver version visible.

This is a Windows 2003 Server 32 bit. I don't think the like above will work as it is for 64 bit. Is there a link for 32 bit?
