Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a client who is running SBS 2008.

They only have around 5 users.

I have set up Remote Web Workplace and its accessible at https://remote.diversityskillstraining.com.au/Remote

The users can log in and click on connect to computer, however when they are presented with the username and password field, it doesn't accept their credentials.

Any come across this before?

Thanks

Have a look at the general health of your server.

Also Try "Domain\username"  for Authentication.
Hope that helps,
Olaf
