runtime binder exception

hi- i'm using .net 4. i'm using "dynamic" and occasionally get a runtime binder exception. i know why it happens and i can get the right guard code in for that instance of the exception. but i would like it to be handled more gracefully when i distribute the software to my clients. the "runtime binder exception" doesn't seem to appear in the allowable list of exception types that i can use in the Catch parameter. therefore it throws an unhandled exception. How would i make it handled through the Try ... Catch routine.
thanks,

it doesn't appear in .net 4.0 and you have to upgrade to vs2012 to get that feature.
