Blackberry User Stopped Receiving Emails

Hi there,

I've set up a new user on our BES (version 5.0.3) and they initially start receiving emails with no problems but after a few hours they stop getting emails and you can't send either.  Never experienced this before and I'm at a loss.  Have tried deleting and recreating the user but still no luck.

.Is it a fresh installation and what is your environment.
.Have you checked the permissions for BESAdmin account on the users.
(btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/kb02276)

.Can you please provide us the Blackberry Messaging Agent logs and events.
