FEP for Exchange vs. Exchange online protection

Hi,

We are currently using Exchange 2010 and FOrefront Protection for Exchange.

Can this product replaced by Exchange online protection?

Is there a differebce between these products regards to license?

Yes they both are different Products all together. Exchange Online Protections (FOPE) is more of a Web Admin console you will have to work not real server

Yes it can surely be replaced if its FOPE with FSE (Forefront Security for Exchange) installed mostly on HUB servers

:( to be true not sure about recomendation but we moved from Baracudda to FOPE and not moved from FOPE to Fortimail .....
