Sample RFP's for Network Services

Hello Experts,

Can someone please provide some sample RFP's (Request For Proposal) for the delivery of a fully redundant and scalable WAN infrastructure.

The WAN infrastructure must be able to support important business applications including, but not limited to, email, internet/intranet, IP telephony, video-conferencing and Microsoft Lync.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Carlton

Hi cpatte7372,

Above is a Sample WAN RFP. An RFP is sometimes generalized due to the nature of a project / requirement and sometimes it is very specific due to the nature of the Body / Organisation, nature of project, devices, special requirements.

Your question doesn't provide much detail as to what your current environment is and requirements, but in order to build / write a rfp you can use the sample documents as a guideline, normally a RFP will include specifics about your current environment and constraints, obstacles and your business goals..

You can use the above doc and the google search lists some sample / real world rfps and use that as a guide-line to construct your own specific rfp.

I hope this helps - Please let me know if you have any further questions on this.
