How to run  eseutil for recovery on exch 2010

I had to run eseutil on a exch 2010 db with the /p option and it says as it is running to run the recovery option after to ensure the db is up to date. What would be the syntax for this that I would need to run?

open power shell and run the below comment

eseutil /p .\database name.edb
eg
eseutil /p .\DAGDB1.edb
