I have a shared mailbox where I have set up an auto reply in the 'rules and alerts' optons.
It has worked well for a while but recently I've been having some problems.
The is where someone (or a Company) has a similar setup to us.
THerefore we receive the email. auto reply, then they auto reply, then we suto reply. Hopefully you can see where I'm going with this.
Other than using words in the subject or the body can you think of any way to identify what is a 'bouce back' email and adding it to the rule somehow.
I'm constantly adding new elements to the rule but it's now becoming a pain.
