User contacts keep losing phone numbers

I have a user who keeps losing the phone numbers to the contacts he has added to his address book. Sometimes the contact disappears and comes back, othe times they just loose the phone number.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Is there a phone connected that syncs in any way?  I've had phone syncing cause all kinds of strange issues both connecting via activesync and syncing via the local pc connection to Outlook.  Also check for things like Outlook/GMail or other syncing software.

When I log into the users local account on a PC the contacts are also missing.

What kind of phone or syncing software are you using?  We really need some information to have any idea where to look.

Just using Zenprise for the MDM. Devton Syncmanager for pushing the GAL.
