Cisco Unity Express Version 3.0 no longer direct dials, help!
Hi, we've had a Cisco 2851 with Cisco Unity Express Version 3.0 running our SIP phones Cisco 7960) for about 5 years. I just found out recently it no longer has direct dials (dial phone number 555-1111 would go to extension 1111) instead it goes to main number (1100). Thisis obviously a headache as the main number is getting bombarded.
How can I fix this?

Can you please attach the running config,
in the meantime you can confirm the following,
++no translation rules are configured to transfer all calls to 1100, usually under dial-peers
++also please check whether call-forward all is configured under 1111 dn
