Hi,

could you give more infos about your infrastructure ?
is the person still connected with her Outlook opened while out of the office ?
what's the Outlook version ? What version of exchange do you use ?

Maybe this could help :http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/rules/make-automatic-reply-rules/

Cheers

Check if there are Transport Rules on your server that deal with OOO-Messages
Check too if the user has set up some Rules on their own...

could you post some exchange logs about the transport of the 2 mails ?
(like message tracking log of the OOO answers, and so on... ) ?

Cheers

Vicky,

you can use the powershell commandlet "get-messagetrackinglog -sender <the mail address of the absenty here>" to get the  log
don't forget to format list it and just take the 2 mails sent as OOO message
you can eventually stripe out the private infos as long as they are not different for the same attribute :) (if you find a difference for the same attribute, this could be the reason of the glitch...)

Cheers

ok,

sorry if i made things a bit harder.

could you launch the command :
(get-messagetrackinglog -sender <the absenty mail here>)[0..2]
| fl *

this will give you the details foreach mail.
then you'll need to verify it's that they're the OOO answer sent to the same mail (they'll have the same objects and recipients...)
once you've confirmed that you have the logs for the 2 OOO message the absenty's mailbox sent, you'll be able to compare them and find if there are some differences...

cheers

Seems some corruption and we wer able to fix this by removing OOO and then moving user mailbox
