I created a database using dbca that db has no SCOTT user..

If I create a file named scott.sql according to the link below.

can we create user scott..

look in

${ORACLE_HOME}/sqlplus/demo/demobld.sql

11g no longer comes with the scott/tiger script though, instead the suggested demos are the HR, OE, SH schemas

if you want to create scott and you don't have the old script, you can find it on many sites, including the oracle forums
