Outlook CRM 2011 Add-in can't connect on some PCs

All users can connect to CRM 2011 online through their browser, but many can't connect through the CRM Outlook Add-in. I've updated the Add-in. Appreciate any suggestions.

I solved the problem. Lots of trial and error with Credential Manager.

Can you please tell us what error message you are getting when trying to connect to CRM through Outlook.

Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials.

And, after hitting Ok a few times...

There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.
