RE: Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2 and Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus

For some reason I am unable to mail merge in my Outlook 2010 client.

Outlook 2010 is the default program for all mail functions in control panel > default programs.

My computer has 8GB RAM and I have 269GB disk space free.

Error attached.

Hi the_omnific,
Are you trying to create the data source on the fly? Looks like mailmerge is looking to use Winmail. Tell me more about how you are launching your mailmerge...

Hi, I am selecting a single contact as a test at the moment from Outlook contacts. Choosing the option to send to selected contacts only, send to email option, write test in the word doc then send. Then I get that error. I have been able to perform this on other computers so the process is correct, I can't work out why it's not working in this instance.

I will recreate my mail profile and let you know this morning.
