From the above error it looks like you reached max connections in your app pool

<Reached maximum capacity of pool "NetCrackerDataSource", making "0" new resource instances instead of "1".>


and if they aren't used you need to properly close/discard the ones you don't need. Or increase your max app pool connections number but be very cautios with that type of change
