When I attempt to install SRM v5, I receicve the following message:

VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager
---------------------------
The host rejected the CONNECT request. Perhaps this address refers to an incompatible version of vCenter Server or the port is used by some other server.

I removed antivirus, rebooted the SRM server and I still cannot install SRM,

If I change the port ID to port 81, it will allow me to proceed with the installation.  I ran the netstat -nab commnad and the port is in a LISTENING state.

Any suggestions??

Are you running IIS on this server?  If so uninstall, this is what typically conflicts on port 80

The problem is resoloved.  SRM was looking for the vCenter server on port 80.  The vCenter server was listening on port 81.  Thank you for your support.
