In an effort to standardize our employees email signatures in Outlook 2007, I was wondering if there is a template that can be setup and distributed to our employees providing them with the exact signature setup we would like for them to use.  We want it to be consistent so I wasn't sure if there is some type of automated process to distribute this or do we have to provide each employee the format and they set it up under the Outlook options.  Thank you for your help.

In the outlook Deployment toolkit there is a signature template utility that will allow you deploy a standard signature across the whole organization.

I am not sure I will be able install the deployment toolkit - our group is a member of a much larger group and I was trying to find an easy way to handle our group's email signature.
