Outlook 2007 - template for email signature

In an effort to standardize our employees email signatures in Outlook 2007, I was wondering if there is a template that can be setup and distributed to our employees providing them with the exact signature setup we would like for them to use. We want it to be consistent so I wasn't sure if there is some type of automated process to distribute this or do we have to provide each employee the format and they set it up under the Outlook options.
