terminal server Internet Expolrer 8

I have user who use terminal server(windows 2003).He has a very strange Problem today .he tries to open internet expolorer8 (i think 32 bit) on his desktop and comes error "apllication not..." .But if he open IE8( 64 bit) in start menu then opens normal.

any suggestion?

Possible a shortcut error?

Delete the specific shortcut and create a new one via start menu

I did new shortcut . still no success? but 64 bit shortcut works :(

So you saying that you have two IE installations?

One 32 and one 64bit?

In add/remove programs what lists of IE exists?

yes exist, user who has problem he is only person has problem with IE

Uninstall all IE
restart (when it is possible...)
Go through Windows updates and it will install the correct version
