Hi my friend,

I want to say how to create an certificate Authority intern on my netword server. My server is installed windows 2008 Enterprise R2 SP1 OS.

is this for test purposes or are you doing it for proper corporate deployment

for corporate i would do the following


Standalone Root CA - workgroup server which is then used to sign the internal CA

On the domain Subordinate Enterprise CA

this way you can separate out the infrastructure and you and make it easy for revocations

Make sure you don't install onto a Domain Controller
