Kaspersky Memory issues

We have 2 different clients that have memory utilization issues every since installing Kaspersky on the server.  When we look at the utilization it appears that SQL server which is housing Kaspersky is pegging out the memory so bad that the server is failing.

Per Kaspersky they are now telling me that if we do not make the proper exclusions that it will crash the server every couple of days.

I ran Kaspersky on my servers in the past and had to exclude folders.
Yes you must make the proper exclusions.

Once you make the exclusions your servers will work fine.
