I need to know how you do a drop down menu with different selection in a cell in Excel 2010 and also how do you insert a radio button?

Easiest way to do drop down is data validation

Go to Data tab
Click Data Validation
On Settings Tab, under the 'Allow' drop down, select 'List'
On Source box, either type in your selections

Eg:

Yes, No

or choose the cells where your lists are on.
