Hi There,

looking for a script that will copy multiple files to multiple PCs on a network and overwrite if necessary. we need it to copy from a shared drive to a specific folder. and have line for the admin username and pass so it wont denied permissions.

Please Help.

Sounds like you need to investigate the RUNAS command as well as using:
echo y | copy "\\share\files\*.*" "%userprofile\appdata\microsoft"
to supress prompting for overwriting.  I think you can also use /y

If you'd like to provide more information like the server\share name and the specific folder, I could make something pretty easy.
