RAC database Upgrade from to

Hello Experts,

we have four node RAC cluster, running on 10g ( and storage technology as ASM. now we need up to upgrade to 11g RAC ASM.

i am looking for the best procedure to upgrade  database from 10g to 11g (
could you please share your experience or any kind of document if any one done this task.

Thanks for Response,

i am not looking for converting single instance to RAC. i need to upgrade existing RAC from 10g to 11g.
