RAC database Upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2

Hello Experts,

we have four node RAC cluster, running on 10g (10.2.0.4) and storage technology as ASM. now we need up to upgrade to 11g RAC ASM.

i am looking for the best procedure to upgrade  database from 10g to 11g (11.2.0.2).
could you please share your experience or any kind of document if any one done this task.

i am not looking for converting single instance to RAC. i need to upgrade existing RAC from 10g to 11g.
