How do I convert this from PHP to Classic ASP?

I have the following code that works fine in PHP that I need to convert to Classic ASP.

I know very little about PHP and nothing about ASP.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you need to hire someone.  There are some PHP functions there that I don't think exist in ASP.

Well, baring that, is there some Classic ASP code that does the same thing?

There is LDAP code in Classis ASP such as http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7946856/user-authentication-over-ldap-in-asp but no guarantees that it does the exact same thing.
