I'm sure we get this warning if there are no printers in the printer folder. On our autocad clients there is a PDF printer there which can be selected as the printer when you want to print to pdf.

Could you install pdf forge and see if this gets picked up by Autocad;

http://www.pdfforge.org/

This will install a pdf 'printer' and you may be able to pick this up as a printer within autocad.

Hello and sorry for such a delay to respond.
PDF from pdfforge site did not solve it and the user did not deleted the printers. the following was what I did to resolve it.
From another user that had the same OS (Win7) I opened Autocad, options and copy all printers path to the user that had problem and the problem was solved, I distribute the points among us.
