Hi Guys,

I have a user who is going away for a few months and has a temp in doing her job.
What I would like to achieve is when emails come in they go to her mail file as well as been forwarded to the temps mail file as well.

So far I can't figure out how to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi there,,,

Did you try to create a Mail Rule on her mail box to send a copy of the email to the temp.??

-Click "More"
- Click " Mail Rule"
- Click " New Rule"
- Make the new rule and action must be " Send a copy to "

Best Wishes

Thanks so much,

This had completely skipped my mind, didn't even think about a mail rule.

Works well.

Cheers
