Cannot Access Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk STAM2000100

I reinstall updated my OS from XP to Windows 7 and now I cannot access my Seagate GoFlex.
I load the seagate dashboard software and go through the wizard to the point where it seeks the drive then it either comes back with an error message that it cannot find NAS device or sometimes it will just seek and never find.
I have reset the hard drive multiple times and have cycled the router and restarted the computer.
Any help is appreciated.
