NAT Server resolves duplicate global addresses

having

local address : 192.168.0.1
global address : 200.100.10.1

but thinking of 200.100.10.1 might have a duplicate one across the entire global network,

trying to know the way NAT server resolve it,

You can check the details of the public IP via http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/200.100.10.1
