Hi Experts,

I work for a Managed Services Provider. We provide IT services for several of our customers. My job is to find a secure and good solution to logon to our customers networks from our office. It has to have capacity for at least 5 colleagues to logon to 1 customer at the same time.

Any suggestions are more then welcome! Thanks in advance!

Most managed services providers use management tools that include monitoring and secure remote access such as:
www.gfimax.com
www.kaseya.com
www.labtechsoftware.com
www.logmein.com  (Central)
www.Teamviewer.com

However if you wish to install a router, configure on behalf of the clients so as not to interrupt their services, and create VPN access, Cisco's are probably respected as the most secure and the ASA5500 series allow 10 simultaneous VPN connections by default. They start at about $500
