1and1 remote ftp backup need to restore to new server

I have a back up on 1and1 that can only be accessed thought the 1and1 network   I also now have new server on same network. How  do I access this backup from my new server?

I need to retrive all domains that are backed up in 1and1 backup server

it is located  at backupxxxxx.onlinehome-server.com

i need download all domains to new server running
OS      CentOS 6.3 (Final)

can you not connect using the FTP client on your CentOS connect with your credentials and download everything off 1and1. I cannot see why you should not be able to ?

the ftp backup server is not connected to the internet. I have to be on another server at 1and1 then access the backup this way. I have a few servers just needed to know how to access

is there an ssh command once loogged into the new server to access the backup server to download  the .tar

i was able to access from another server on same network by using ftp command in putty
