Migration SBS 2003 R2 to Windows Server 2012 Standard

We are planing to Migration of Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 to Windows Server 2012 Standard our current step is as below:

Active Directory with DHCP & DNS, Exchange Server, Share Point Server,

And we are planing migration as below:

New server with New Hardware:

Operating System Windows Server 2012 Standard

Active Directory 2012 with DHCP & DNS

Exchange Server 2013

Is it possible if yes, then We need step by step guide.

Currently not possible because you cannot put Exchange 2013 into an existing 2003, 2007, or 2010 Exchange Environment (I also don't think 2013 can coexist with 2003 - I think you've have to upgrade Exchange (Migrate really) to 2007 or 2010 first and then do another migration to 2013.

NOTE: you will be able to migrate to 2013, but 2007 and 2010 require updates that are not yet available so right NOW you cannot do it.

What about the remaining part SharPoint and Active Directory

If i going to migrate

Operating System Windows Server 2012 Standard

Active Directory 2012 with DHCP & DNS

Exchange Server 2010

SharePoint V 3.0

Is it possible if yes, then We need step by step guide.
